Hamiltons of the World

Here’s one of the most imaginative fund raisers I’ve ever heard of.  A member of the Hamilton East Rotary Club, New Zealand, contacted me and asked me to write and submit an article for an anthology. This club had contacted folks all over the world who had an association with “Hamilton” in a local city, town, fort, or geological feature’s name. Our articles and photographs were grouped and published into an anthology entitled Hamiltons of the World. Hamiltons of the World, sml This Rotary Club sells this beautiful book as their fundraiser.

The club members did a beautiful job of the book. The informative text is enhanced by the superior quality of the photographs. And yes, my husband and I wrote an article and submitted photographs on the gold mining ghost town of Hamilton City, Wyoming, USA, more commonly known as Miner’s Delight.
